Prepaid Credits

CheapLLM operates on a prepaid credit model. Credits are added to your account balance and consumed as you make API calls.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund of unused credits within 14 days of purchase, provided that less than 10% of the purchased credits have been consumed.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Credits that have already been consumed by API usage
• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
• Accounts suspended for violation of our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] with your account email and the amount you wish to refund. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
